A relaxing bath that stimulates circulation . 

Recipe :

  1. Boil a handful of  mint, chamomile and bay leaves  in  2 liters of water .
  2. Let it cool, filter it, then add it to the bath water along with  a tablespoon of baking soda .
  3. Soak your legs for  10 to 15 minutes a day  for light legs.

Salt and vinegar immersion bath

An effective blend  to relax muscles and tone veins.

 

 

Preparation :

  1. Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water.
  2. Add  250g of sea salt and 250ml of cider vinegar .
  3. Massage your legs while in the bath.

Repeat  four times a week  for visible results.

Green clay ointment

  1. Mix  125g of green clay  with a little water until you get  a thick paste .
  2. Apply to legs before bedtime and leave on  overnight .
  3. For maximum effectiveness,  wrap the legs with plastic film .
